76.5% of Ethiopian women have faced either physical or sexual violence by their partners - a fact unacceptably normalized within the Ethiopian community & culture.

65.2% of Ethiopian women aged 15 - 49 have undergone the horrific procedure of female genital mutilation.

Although illegal, this practice largely continues to occur.
